Senior Assistant Principal (Behaviour, Attitudes & Operations)
As Senior Assistant Principal at Trinity Catholic School, I am proud to lead on Behaviour, Attitudes, and Operations, ensuring that every student is supported to thrive in a safe, respectful, and ambitious learning environment. With a strong belief in the transformative power of education, I work closely with staff, students, and families to uphold high standards and foster a culture of kindness, resilience, and excellence.
My role includes overseeing pastoral systems, student conduct, and day-to-day operations, helping to create a calm and purposeful atmosphere across the school. I am passionate about developing positive relationships and ensuring that every child feels known, valued, and inspired to achieve their best.
Outside of school, I’m a keen cyclist and runner, and I bring that same energy and commitment to my work at Trinity. I’m also a proud parent of two boys, which gives me a deep appreciation for the partnership between home and school in shaping young lives.
